We are on the first floor of the hotel Alameda de la 10, between the terraces of La Fuente and Papiros.
Our Chef will delight you with a menu full of flavors, aromas and textures of his own inspiration, made only with fresh fruits and organic vegetables, high quality meat and select coffee.
Our dishes are influenced by French gastronomy, with the smell of oregano, laurel and thyme of the Bouquet garni and the miscegenation of our country, present in the arepa, plantain and manioc, are beside the friendly service of our staff, our daily commitment.
Suppliers and Ingredients:In the hotel Alameda de la 10 we are committed to providing our guests only the best ingredients available in the region:
- Selected coffee, brought from the town of Barbosa, threshed and roasted in the traditional way for our hotel.
- Fruits and organic vegetables (not genetically altered) acquired by our supplier to the Mercados campesinos (farmers markets), a project of the city hall of Medellin that supports the small producers.
- Wines from Chile, Argentina and Spain; the Montgras, Caliterra and Hacienda Zorita houses respectively.
- Meat, eggs and milk products from free animals and without stress slaughtered,
are the committed from our suppliers.
So together, we try to be in to the current quality standards and offer to our guests, socially and environmentally responsible products.
